training utk futsal tournament...

gua nk amik kesempatan ni utk improve diri ni..

byk lagi lemah..

azim byk bg nasihat bernas yg ak boleh gunakan..


rutin hari ini :


15 round jogs..
20push up..
20 sit up..
pin-point pass training.
free play training..


esok kena cari skipping rope...
everyday kena main..skipping...

burn lemak2 jahat kt perot dan bontot ni.... kasi tinggal otot jah...
jumaat ada frendly lagi...


aiyo..farid..nnt ak try ushar eh time team ni..pack lah dorg keje..nnt ak inform ko...
